The Story behind
The Menopause Summit

Recognising the profound gaps in access, support, and education around menopause care, Nat Evans — a seasoned Menopause Health, Fitness & Nutrition Coach with over 17 years of experience and a wide multi-disciplinary network — identified an urgent need for change.

In a wellness space overwhelmed by conflicting advice and lacking empathetic care, women, particularly those in regional and rural Australia, were left feeling confused and underserved.

Determined to fill this void, Nat joined forces with her lifelong friends Angela O’Rourke and Helen Bourne, along with health professional Leonie Tilley, to create The Menopause Summit. Together, they envisioned an event that would bridge these critical gaps, providing women over 35 with the trusted education, expert guidance, and supportive community they deserved.

By offering an inclusive, evidence-driven experience, the Summit will empower women to navigate all stages of menopause with confidence, transforming their journey into an opportunity for personal growth, renewed vitality, and a deeper connection with their life-course health and well-being.

About our Founder

Nat Evans is a dynamic and highly respected Menopause Health, Fitness and Nutrition Coach with over 17 years experience in the health and fitness industry. She is dedicated to guiding women through all stages of menopause using evidence-influenced strategies, helping them embrace this transformative phase with renewed confidence and vitality.

Nat’s diverse academic background, including a Bachelor of Economics, tertiary studies in Business and Law, and credentials in Commercial Cookery, brings a strategic edge to her coaching. Her expertise extends beyond health and fitness, empowering women to make informed choices about nutrition and create meals that support their long-term health and wellness goals.

After being diagnosed with poly-autoimmunity in her late 30s, Nat developed a deep interest in Autoimmune conditions and their impact on & association with menopause. Nat has worked tirelessly to build a progressive network of like-minded Allied Practitioners, which ensures that every woman she works with, has access to the holistic and very personalised care and support they need, on every level.

From her studio in Bowen Hills, Brisbane, Nat offers daily movement and exercise classes, one-on-one health coaching, and her signature Hormone Reset Program, which has transformed the lives of over 1,000 women since its inception in 2011. Her approach focuses on restoring balance, boosting vitality and empowering women to take control of their health.

Nat is incredibly passionate about all aspects of Women’s Health and runs Immersive Health Retreats in Noosa & Ikaria, Cooking Classes in Brisbane, Noosa and Melbourne, and she is the brains behind The Menopause Summit.


In collaboration with her Summit Team, Nat is creating a groundbreaking platform for menopause education and support which will provide women across Australia with access to leading experts, evidence-based resources, and the tools to thrive through menopause and beyond.
