By purchasing a ticket or attending The Menopause Summit (the "Event"), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Consent to Photography, Videography, and Recordings:
   You consent to being photographed, filmed, and/or recorded by the organisers, their affiliates, and/or authorised third parties during the Event. This includes, but is not limited to, still images, video recordings, and audio recordings (collectively, "Recordings").

2. Use of Likeness:
   You grant Enatia Pty Ltd, The Menopause Summit, and their affiliates, agents, and licensees a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, and non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute the Recordings in any form and for any purpose, including but not limited to promotional, marketing, advertising, and other commercial uses, without any further consent from you and without any compensation.

3. No Expectation of Privacy:
   You acknowledge that the Event is a public event, and as such, you have no expectation of privacy concerning your participation. Your image, likeness, and voice may be captured in the Recordings, and you waive any claims or rights to privacy or publicity regarding the use of these Recordings.

4. Information Sharing with Sponsors and Exhibitors:
   By purchasing a ticket to the Event, you consent to your contact details (including name, email address, and other relevant information) being shared with the Event's sponsors and exhibitors for promotional and communication purposes. If you do not wish for your details to be shared, please notify us at info@menopausesummit.com before the Event. 

5. Release and Waiver of Liability:
   You release, discharge, and hold harmless Enatia Pty Ltd (ABN 51 079 361 381), its director Natalie Frances Evans, officers, employees, agents, and contractors from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights, or causes of action that you may have, whether arising under statute, contract, tort, or otherwise, in connection with the use of the Recordings or your information as described herein.

6. Minors:
   If you are the parent or guardian of a minor attending the Event, you consent on behalf of the minor to the terms set forth in this clause and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Enatia Pty Ltd and its affiliates from any claims, demands, or damages related to the minor's participation in the Event.

7. Modification and Termination:
   Enatia Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify or terminate this release clause at any time without notice, but any modifications will not apply to Recordings or information already made or shared under the terms of this release.
