And all things Pelvic Health!

Qualifications:
Women's Pelvic Health Physiotherapist

With over 17 years experience in physiotherapy, and extensive experience in women's health, cancer rehabilitation and Pilates, Daina founded Evoke Physiotherapy in 2018 to create a space where women can feel heard, supported and empowered.

Daina is committed to breaking down the stigma surrounding pelvic health and treats pelvic floor dysfunction at every stage of life, helping her patients improve their quality of life. Her own journey through perimenopause, while running a business and raising three boys, has given her valuable insight into the challenges women face, including the impact of chronic stress, burnout, and hormonal changes on the nervous system, gut health and overall well-being.

She takes an holistic approach to pelvic health, partnering with each woman to create a personalised path to recovery and helping them achieve their goals while embracing the changes of the menopausal transition. Daina is passionate about empowering women with the knowledge and tools they need to improve their pelvic health.

Her special interests include managing pelvic pain, sexual dysfunction, pelvic floor weakness, supporting recovery through breast cancer treatment and treating prolapse, bladder, and bowel incontinence. She believes in truly listening to each woman's story and working together to help them embrace the changes of life with resilience and strength.
